Precision Ground HSS-G
Designed to give very clean accurate holes in wood and
metal but they will also cut cleanly in plastic and acrylics. Enabling
up to 40% faster drilling rate and 50% lower feed pressure than
standard ground HSS bits, with a chisel edge and split point drill
tip. Manufactured to DIN338.
Blue Granite Impact
Impact resistant, heavy dutydrill bits giving long life
in hard materials like concrete and granite. With a fast drilling
speed these drill bits are hard to wear out. The deep U-shaped flute
helps reduce jamming by clearing dust quickly with a diamond ground
tungsten carbide tip that will reduce break out, these bits are also
extremely bend resistant. Suitable for granite, concrete, brick,
natural and artificial stone, masonry and bricks. Manufactured to
ISO 5468.
Brad Point Lip & Spur
Suitable
for fast clean cuts in wood. With a centering tip and two outer cutting
spurs these will drill a very precise clean hole.
MultiConstruction
A truly useful multi-purpose drill bit, designed
for drilling into all materials including wood, masonry,
ceramics, UPVC and even steel. This is achieved by diamond
grinding the tungsten carbide tip to produce a multi-material
ability.
As with all cutting tools, it is essential to
clear the waste material quickly and Bosch have achieved
this by providing a steep aggressive flute.
For strength
and to withstand both rotary and all purpose drilling,
the tungsten carbide tip is set and brazed into the drill
head to precise criteria.
