Axminster No.1 Odd Jobs
This is an improved version of a nineteenth century much loved and unique tool. Originally the Stanley No.1 Odd Jobs (Patented 1888). This is the forerunner of the modern combination square, and still a very handy, relevant and useful pocket measuring and marking tool today. It combines the functions of square, mitre square 45° and 135°, depth gauge, level, marking compass, marking gauge and rule. The body is cast and machined brass and the rule is brass edged beech. Fits easily into the apron pocket, it will soon become a real favourite around the workshop. P.S. The flat opposite the scribe point is the screwdriver to adjust the pivot screw. The rule is graduated in cms, mms and 16ths. Supplied with 150mm(6") rule.
