Festool OFK 500 Q-Plus Trimmer

This handy little trimmer, with its 450W motor running at 28,000rpm, uses bearing guided chamfer and rounding over cutters to produce fast, neat and accurate edges on solid or laminate faced boards. It has a spring loaded spindle lock and a very well-engineered depth control system that gives adjustment in 0.1mm steps by means of a large diameter, indexed knurled ring that raises and lowers the base plate to the required depth of cut. The trimmer is supplied with a removable guard/dust extraction outlet and a 3mm round over cutter as standard. Alternative Festool 2mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm roundover or a 45° chamfer cutter are available. As is usual with Festool products, this trimmer exudes design ingenuity and manufacturing quality and therefore presents the ultimate answer for precision trimming applications. Supplied with a swivel angle dust extraction adaptor, detachable mains cable and a Festool SYSTAINER® Storage case.
