Makita UH6540 Hedge Cutter

The UH6540 features a 600W motor coupled to a 650mm long double action blade with a cutting capacity of up to 31mm. A slipping clutch and mechanical brake (stopping time 0.05secs) protect the operator. The blade guard supplied with the machine also functions as a wall bracket, so the hedge trimmer can be stored away safely out of season or between cuts. In use a choice of four hand positions make it easy to take safe cuts in a variety of positions. The sturdy blade has a blade tip guard with an integrated branch guide.
