Axminster MC6012 Digital Moisture Meter

An easy to use moisture meter with hand-held readout and remote detector for ease of reading and use. Simply press the remote hardened pins into the timber and take down the reading from the digital readout. When covering a whole plank the hold button, once depressed, will allow only the maximum moisture content to be displayed, useful when looking over a batch of material. Suitable for most materials with a measuring range from 5% to 50% moisture content. The MC6012 also has provision for measuring temperatures in the range -10 to +65°C. Requires four AA batteries.
