Axminster Plus HD25F Heavy Duty Pillar Drill

A very heavy drilling machine with big capacities suited to the industrial workshop. Available in either single phase or three phase supply. The three phase (415V) machine has the added advantage of a two speed motor which doubles up the choice of speeds to 24. In reality the two speed switch is very useful as the drill can be left on an average speed and the switch used to halve the speed as and when required. Otherwise conventional in design, the HD25F has a generous sized work table with a large handle to drive the rise and fall mechanism, a suds trough around the outside with 12mm T slots. The chuck guard is electrically interlocked and will not allow the starter to lock on if not in position; likewise the top belt guard is fully interlocked and can not be overridden. This is a strong, powerful, precise drilling machine suitable for heavy industrial work. Supplied with 3 - 16m keyless chuck, Morse taper drift and service tools.
