CMT Bead/Nosing Cutters

These cutters are used to give a pleasing looking rounded edge on stair treads, window sills and shelves, all in one clean pass. For safety and ease of use we would strongly recommend these cutters to be used in a router table only.
Profile A - the fence must be adjusted so that the cutting depth is no greater than the radius of the cutter.
Profile B - for a deeper profile, use a template with a self regulating entrance and exit.
Profile C - for a shallower round off, use a cutter with a cutter diameter greater than the thickness of the workpiece.
