These Axminster plain back 4 jaw independent chucks feature jaws which, as the name implies, are independently adjustable and thus can be used to grip oddly shaped items or for eccentric boring and turning. The hardened steel jaws are reversible and the chucks include a safety chuck key and socket head cap screws for bolting the chuck to a backplate.
