CMT 650 Kitchen Worktop Jig

CMT650 is designed to cut kitchen worktop postform joints with any type of 1/2" router. Requiring only the addition of a 30mm diameter guide bush, a suitable length 12.7mm straight bit, and two F-clamps. The template is made of stable and hardened Phenolic resin and is suitable for both 90° and 45° joints, there are two integral templates for panel joining bolt recesses. A letter code system for different operations makes the work with the jig much easier and very quick. A joint can be made in just 15 minutes, including setting-up time. Suitable for kitchen worktop widths from 420mm to 650mm. The jig includes a Phenolic template, 3 zinc-coated steel location bushes, 1 adjustable end stop and a comprehensive instruction manual.
