CMT Router Collet Extension

One common problem encountered when using a router table or router in a jig is that the cutter shanks are simply not long enough or that the router collet does not plunge deep enough. The problem is easily sorted with the CMT router collet extension which is available in three different formats. (N.B. For 1/2" routers only)
1/2" to 1/2" Extension
This adaptor has a 1/2" shank and 1/2" double action collet with an optional 12mm collet available as an extra.
1/2" to 1/4" Extension
This adaptor has a 1/2" shank and a 1/4" double action collet with an optional 8mm collet available as an extra.
1/2" to 8mm Extension
This adaptor has a 1/2" shank and an 8mm double action collet with an optional 1/4" collet available as an extra.
