Axminster 3 & 4 Jaw Self-Centring Chucks

A range of plain back three and four jaw self-centring scroll chucks with spheroidal graphite iron body and two sets of hard jaws. These chucks are suitable for hobby and production work. The scroll plates, jaws and pinions are of case hardened steel with ground scroll thread and jaw teeth. All chucks include safety chuck key and socket head (M8) cap screws for bolting chuck to backplate. It is recommended that the chuck locating spigot on the backplate is machined in situ to ensure perfect concentricity.
Please note that the jaws we supply for our woodturning chucks are not compatible with these engineering chucks.
