The shatterproof handle is longer than most other chisels on the market for maximum control. It also incorporates soft feel urethane panels for comfort in all situations, and has been given a steel striking cap should anyone be tempted to use a hammer rather than a mallet, at least the option is available if the mallet has gone walkabout. As one would expect, the same high level of attention has been paid to the blade. Made from EN31 high quality ball-bearing steel and then fully ground and finished for an excellent edge.
