Bosch PMF 180E All Rounder
The Bosch PMF180E is a true 'all rounder' having many uses, sawing, sanding and cutting and is a really useful machine to have. The variable 180W motor uses an oscillating principle to drive the range of accessories that can be attached with one universal screw, making changing quick and simple. Saw cuts can be made for example; close to the edge of a wall for things like removing the bottom of a skirting board to fit laminate flooring, cutting pipes etc. in situ, plunge cutting in plasterboard for fitting socket boxes and removing wall tiles or cutting rot from a window sill. For sanding a Delta style backing pad is included turning the machine into a very versatile sander for wood, paint and filler or attach a felt pad for polishing. The machine body is slim and has a soft grip to make controlling the machine easy with a dust extraction outlet to allow an extractor to be attached. The machine is supplied with a plunge cut saw blade, segmented saw blade, Delta sanding pad, 6 sanding sheets and carry case.

"I am a joiner and bought this for a specific job-ie. trimming hoods on windows, up a ladder. Worked brilliantly and then sanded with same tool. I am now finding more uses for it, eg flush cutting plugs, dowels and wedges and weight pockets on sash windows. For any plunge cut in solid or sheet material it is hard to beat. Reduce the speed before sanding or the velcro melts. Very useful and sensibly priced."
