CMT Three Wing Slot Cutter Set

This set can be used to create slots, grooves and rebates from 3.2 to 18mm in depth. The chart below gives details of the combinations of cutters and shims needed to produce the various slot widths. Ideal for biscuit jointing and tongue and groove joints.
The set includes:-
4 three-winged cutters 3.2, 4, 4.8 & 6.4mm
1 arbor 1/2" shank
1 ball bearing (22mm) for 12.7mm cut
17 shims (8 x 0.1, 4 x 0.5, 3 x 1 & 2 x 4mm)

SAFETY TIP: Never use the slot cutter set without shims between the cutters. The distance between the cutters can vary from 1mm to 1.7mm. A shim must also be positioned between the ball bearing and the cutters.
