Festool OFK 700 EQ-Plus Trimmer

For the professional fabricator, kitchen maker/fitter or shop fitter or for whom flush-trimming and profiling of wood, plastics and similar materials is a serious, full time job then this trimmer has got to be the one. It has 720W of power, variable speed up to 26,000rpm, a choice of horizontal or vertical trimming positions with quick changeover between the two and the benefits of Festool's legendary manufacturing quality. The guiding pad is made of low friction, hardwearing Tufnol and there is an ingenious fine adjuster which allows the pad to be tilted very slightly so that the cut runs out smoothly without a step. Change over from horizontal to vertical is just a matter of undoing a lock nut and transferring the guide pad from one set of locating pins to the other and re-locking. Ball bearing followers with fine positional adjustment are provided for both horizontal and vertical trimming. Separate 40mm dust extraction outlets are provided for each of the two operating modes. Supplied complete with 1/4" and 8mm shank collet and cutter, two dust outlets, collet spanner, separate plug-in mains cable and a Festool SYSTAINER® storage case.
