Rojek KPS310A Deluxe Combination Machine

Introduced early 2007 this latest combination machine from Rojek has proved to be very popular. Combination machines are always a bit of a compromise between saving workshop space and speed of use. The unique feature of the KPS310A is the inward tilting planing tables, lifting the tables towards the centre of the machine allow the operator to move freely around the when thicknessing, a simple very effective idea. Now available in two versions, Standard & Deluxe. The KPS310A is a solid well engineered machine with generous working capacities, crosscutting and ripping can be accurately done using the aluminium sliding table. The standard machine has a 1100mm table with small work support but the Deluxe model is fitted with a 1600mm sliding table, large crosscutting frame and an articulated support arm. Both sliding tables can also be used for tenoning and end grain work as it runs close alongside the main blade. The spindle moulder is the same for both models and has a 30mm spindle three speeds and a maximum tooling diameter above the table of 200mm and 140mm below the table. The planer thicknesser has a 310 x 205mm capacity, the standard model has a 3 blade cutter block with resharpenable knives but the Deluxe model is fitted with a three blade double sided TERSA system for quick change & set up. The main saw on the standard model will take up to a 315mm saw blade, The Deluxe model has a Main and scoring blade fitted for ultimate cuts in laminated boards.
