Mason's Plane

Body and handle made from solid beechwood, the 10" x 2.1/2" body holds six toothed, hardened steel blades set at angles. Sometimes used by masons to smooth soft sandstone, it is highly effective in taking down bumps and humps in plaster or used more aggressively to roughen hardened surfaces for a key.
