Bosch GKF 600 Routing Package Deal

This very compact palm router from Bosch is ideal for not only the edging of laminates but also for edge moulding, mortising and a range of other work that would benefit from a powerful but light and easy to control router. Now supplied with a kit of accessories making this machine even more versatile.
The 600W motor means that this palm router is almost as powerful as many 1/4" routers and more powerful than many laminate trimmers. This is truly a very versatile machine, with a neat compact design (overall size 94 x 190mm high) which makes it easy to handle and control, and is especially suitable for confined areas.
The machine comes with a choice of 3 bases that are simple and quick to change to suit the job you are doing, 95 x 84mm base, 133mm round base and a tilting base. For height adjustment of the cutter a lock lever releases the motor from the base allowing quick coarse adjustment; the micro fine adjuster dial can then be used to set height accurately. The quick clamp base means that the router can be used without the base and the spindle lock makes changing cutters easy. Fitted with a 1/4" collet, the 600W motor runs at 33,000rpm. Along with the 3 bases a side fence is also included; this fence can be adjusted horizontally as well as vertically for thinner work pieces. The router comes with a dust cowl sub-base with a 40mm outlet and guide handle with insulation cover for heavy use situations. Includes a great set of 4 bearing guided router cutters including 2 trimmers, 1 chamfer and an ovolo with bearing to convert to roundover cutter.
