Henry Taylor 5 Piece Starter Set

For anyone who would like to make a start in woodcarving, Henry Taylor, in conjunction with well-known craftsman, teacher and author Jeremy Williams, has developed this special Starter Set Pack. The set contains 5 hand-forged tools (a range of four gouges plus a flat chisel), all sharpened and honed ready for use, and a 12 page leaflet written by Jeremy Williams, with complete instructions and a pattern to enable the beginner to produce an attractive relief carving. The beech wood hexagonal handles prevent the tools from rolling off the bench when not in use. This set contains: a 6mm flat chisel, 6mm shallow gouge, 6mm and 8mm medium gouges and an 8mm steep-cut gouge, blade length: 82mm(3.1/4") - 90mm(3.1/2").
