Jet 10-20 Plus Drum Sander

A drum sander with a full 500mm capacity (250mm x 2) well suited for use in the smaller workshop where space may be at a premium. The unit can be bench mounted or floor standing using the optional floor stand as shown. The drum is made from an aluminium extrusion and is carefully machined and balanced to reduce vibration to a minimum. A specially designed device holds the paper loading in place under tension and enables the abrasive to be changed quickly and easily. The Input 1,200W motor provides adequate power for the sander and a variable speed feed motor gives excellent sanding results in nearly all types of timber. The height adjustment handle works in 0.1mm increments for extremely accurate control over both finish and thickness. An optional pair of table extensions is available (608005) to extend the feed table when using longer lengths of material.
