Axminster Pen Assembly Press

An effective solution to the sometimes tricky job of inserting brass tubes into wooden pen bodies. A nylon pad, adjustable for position, protects the end of the pen body whilst the toggle clamp applies an even pressure to press the tube into position. The parts are fixed to a smart-looking hardwood base board which can be either clamped or screwed to the bench. The maximum opening of the press is 130mm and the toggle clamp has a travel of 33mm. An excellent investment for the keen penmaker.
