Jet JWS-34 LX Spindle Moulder plus Tenoning Table & Mobile Base Offer

The JWS-34 LX is really a combination of two machines, spindle moulder and router-moulder - this great value package deal includes the Heavy Duty Mobile Base (708118) and Tenoning Table (100415). The spindle moulder accepts 30mm bore tooling and in addition there are two collets, 8mm and 1/2", supplied with the machine so that, when used on its highest speed, it can utilise router cutters with a diameter of 35mm or greater (smaller cutters simply would not have a high enough peripheral speed). The machine has one fully adjustable fence, micro adjustment on the outfeed fence and a 100mm dust extraction outlet at the rear. Height adjustment of the spindle is made with a generous-sized handle on the front of the machine and tooling changes can be speeded up with the aid of the spindle lock. For curved work the moulder is supplied with a ring fence with its own integral 100mm dust outlet. On the bed of the table is a T slotted groove in which the mitre guide slides and the tenoning guide is used for end grain work. For long lengths of material and for added safety we thoroughly recommend the addition of the Jet JPF2 Power Feed Unit (510365). This is easily attached using the very clever quick fit base (800430) that clamps on to the corner of the table casting. The mounting holes for the power feed are tapped into the base, thereby removing the need to drill holes in the table. A 20A supply is recommended. The optional sanding set (100391) is supplied with 1 of each abrasive to suit.
The all-steel heavy duty mobile base is adjustable for size, with fixed wheels on the back corners and two lockable castoring wheels on the front and will take a weight of 250kg.
