A very useful universal machine that can mill or drill both vertically or at any angle up to 90° L & R, carry out slitting or surface grinding. Constructed almost entirely of cast iron, with ground and hardened slideways and a finely ground table. A 1,000W DC brushless motor offers ample power and variable speed in the range of 200 - 2,500rpm, via a control system, for milling or drilling via a push button control panel with a spindle speed read-out. When set up for slitting or grinding the spindle speed is automatically fixed at 2500 rpm. Easily converted to each function with the tools provided, this machine offers the ability to manufacture almost any small part from scratch. Although small in size, this is a high quality machine that will appeal to the small production workshop or keen model engineer. Supplied on a floor stand that contains the electronics out of harm's way, and a sizable storage compartment, grinding attachment, grinding wheel, slitting attachment, drill chuck, tool set and oil can.
