CMT 300 Dovetail Jig

Straight forward to set up and use, the CMT300 dovetail jig has the versatility needed to produce nearly all your dovetailing requirements from just one basic jig. Supplied as standard with a 12.7mm finger template for cutting lap dovetails for drawer construction, it can also be fitted with optional alternative templates for cutting 6.3mm lap dovetails for small drawers and box-work, 12.7mm through dovetails for linen chests and toy boxes (where the through dovetail cutter 1 will cut 8 - 20mm material and the through dovetail cutter 2 will cut 15 - 25mm material), and both 8mm and 12.7mm finger joints for tool boxes and other utility items. Fitted with factory set stops for accurate repetitive timber alignment, the CMT300 dovetail jig has a sturdy steel base with robust clamping bars and 4mm thick steel templates. Guide bushes (sub-base such as the Unibase may be required for some routers) are supplied with the jig and/or each optional template (note: the spigot lengths on standard 60mm guide bushes are too long for these templates). Note: All relevant cutters including the dovetail cutter for the standard template supplied with the jig are sold separately (note, all guide bushes are supplied either with each options template, or use the guide bush supplied with original jig).
