DeWalt DC352KBR Cordless Plunge Saw 18V c/w 1.5m Rail

The 18V DeWalt plunge saw is supplied complete with a 1.5m guide rail, offering an extremely fast set up, very accurate cut with excellent finish these saws give the user much more versatility over corded plunge saws.
The saw has many built in features including, parallel plunge action that ensures smooth and constant hand position whilst cutting, spring loaded riving knife that automatically retracts when plunging, high torque motor with full wave variable speed to maintain constant power and lockable spindle lock for quick blade changing. The saw can bevel up to 47 degrees and has a enclosed guard to extract high levels of duct when attached to a vacuum. A big advantage is being able to use it on its side to cut for example the bottom of a door whilst it is in situ which can save a lot of time. The 1.5m rail has an anti kick back function for safer working, anti splinter strips which are fitted to both sides of the rail for splinter free cuts (these are replaceable) and rail adjusters to eliminate deflection during cutting and low friction strips to allow the saw to guide smoothly and foam strips to stop the rail slipping. The rail can also be fitted to most DeWalt routers and circular saws. The saw is supplied complete with a 40 tooth blade, 1.5m guide rail, 2 x 18V 2.6Ah NiMh batteries charger and case for saw.
