York Automatic Quick Release Carpenter's Vice

Well built traditional carpenter's vices complete with automatic quick release and front dog. Very well engineered and well finished. Ideally the jaws should be lined with hard wood in the usual way to refine the bite and fitted to the bench so that the rear jaw is in line with both the face and top of the bench. Maximum capacity depends on the thickness of your linings, unlined fully open the 225mm(9") has a 355(14") capacity, whilst the 175mm(7") opens to a maximum of 210mm(8").
