Beech Work Bench

This is a strong bench, made by laminating tough, durable beech; this method of manufacture will ensure your bench stays flat throughout its working life. The bench includes a useful underslung drawer and a lower shelf. There are two vices, front and tail both with a maximum opening of 160mm and jaw width of 280mm, a double row of dog holes run down the entire length of the bench at 160mm spacing, 4 bench dogs are supplied. The right hand leg has holes drilled to take a work support peg, for use when long boards are clamped in the front vice. The working surface is a good 1,370 x 340 overall with a 140mm wide full length tool well at the rear.
