The Axminster AWHBS310N is a first class bandsaw, fabricated from heavy gauge steel sheet and with a very substantial cast iron table, which could well be the perfect machine for the keen hobby woodturner or woodworker wishing to move up from one of the smaller bench-mounted machines. The 200mm depth of cut is precision adjustable with a handwheel driven rack system and will cater for the a whole range of general workshop tasks. All the features of a good quality bandsaw are present: tilting work table and rigid, quick change aluminium extruded rip fence, ball bearing guides for firm blade support, a good standard of blade guarding, rubber-tyred die-cast aluminium blade wheels and a 100mm dust extraction outlet.
