Above the base are two drawers on metal runners allowing for more organised storage. One drawer is equipped with small part bins (110 x 80 x 90mm). The fitted metal latches provide the workshop with a long working life. This mobile workshop has the additional feature of a top section toolbox with a plastic lift-out tray for smaller tools. ok butI have three of these and they are used daily transporting tools from my van to customer homes. They are ok but.. the drawer and lower bin handles and securing catch are not very strong, one of them broke after one month, but Axminster honoured their returns policy and a replacement was dispatched, there are issues with the screw boxes that are housed in one of the drawers they tend to catch the lower part of the body above, also the large usefull top box has a tray which is next to useless it falls into the box as soon as I walk with the workshop I got rid of this and made some timber ones that work fine. Finally the bottom storage compartment can sometimes be difficult to open on uneven ground or on thick carpet. On the plus side these rolling workshops do keep everything in an organised manner, which translates into time saved trying to fish around the back of the van, and there is less stress put on my back, using a rolling storage system rather than having to carry countless boxes. The top box can be detached and refitted onto the lower part of the workshop with ease, far better than previous storage systems I have used.
