Horrible product dont buy itA very poor product indeed. The bit are difficult to access, the top (which you can unscrew to access even more bits) has a very fine thread which is much too easy to cross. But the worst feature of all is the ease with which the direction of the ratchet can be changed: one false move of the hand and you've reset it.

Love these screwdriversI loved the first one of these I bought so I bought a second one for work where two of my colleagues liked it so they bought one themselves. I even bought my sister one because whenever I'm there I end up having to fix something and her cheap screwdrivers were rubbish. I also bought my nephew one and have since bought a third which I keep in my van. Haven't had any problem with the ratchet on any of them but the plastic rotating ring that allows access to the bits was tight to operate on the later two I bought hence 4 for quality. Plastic mouldings probably hadn't been trimmed enough prior to assembly?
