Titebond construction adhesive

This a great product which does exactly what it says on the tube. It is more expensive than other 'no-nails' glues but it is more adaptable, stronger and water proof. The delivery method is however the let down. Titebond comes in a cardboard tube with a bonded nozzle. The tubes are inherently weak and buckle under gun pressure which means more glue will come out of the back of the tube than the front. The glue dries solid in the nozzle and you will eventually be left with 1/3 to 1/4 of the glue inaccessible, making this very expensive glue indeed. Competitors supply similar products in plastic tubes with detachable nozzles and its a shame Titebond spoil the product by the rubbish paper tube.
