The block dimensions are 96mm diameter x 100mm deep and the maximum overall cutter profile area is 100mm x 17mm. Due to the shape of the block (see photo), there is scope for increasing the depth of the profile somewhat in the central portion of the cutter. Made of aluminium with 30mm bore. Working depth of block 78mm, overall depth 100mm. The maximum diameter of cutter head with cutters is 132mm. Cutters and Limiters are available to purchase separately, supplied either as blanks for the customer to grind their own profile or as custom made profiles. Details of special profiles, as fully dimensioned as possible, should be supplied by letter or, alternatively, a sample of the moulding should be sent with the order. The moulding should sit within the shaded area shown on the diagram. N.B. Due to the wider pin spacing neither the Whitehill Universal cutters nor the Euro cutters will fit on this block.
