This Bosch industrial 3-function SDS+ drill has an 880W motor and continuously variable speed control for clean drilling starts. With rotary/hammer selected the GBH2-28F is capable or drilling holes in concrete up to 28mm using an SDS+ bit or 68mm using a masonry core. When chiselling, the vario-lock position on the function selector allows you to choose the most effective angle of attack for the chisel. The electronic speed control and rotary-only mode allow you to drill wood, metal, ceramics or plastics and drive screws and other masonry fixings.
A rotating brush plate ensures equal power in forward and in reverse rotation. The KickBack Control (KBC) and Overload clutch increase protection for both the user and the machine and minimise the risk of injury. The magnesium gear housing improves the machine's strength and reduces weight.
The GBH2-28F comes with 2 chucks, an SDS+ receptor and a heavy duty keyless chuck. Both chucks have a quick-change feature ensuring a secure fit and a simple click on or off at the front of the machine. The handle has a soft grip overmould to minimise vibration and hand fatigue. Fitted with 4m of cable there should be little need to carry an extension lead. The cable entry gland features a ball and socket joint to eliminate cable fatigue at this point.
The GBH2-28F comes with an auxiliary handle, 210mm depth stop, SDS+ plus quick-change chuck, 13mm keyless quick change chuck and a robust L-Boxx case.
