The Bosch GSB 18V-55 is a professional combi drill/driver built to give outstanding performance without breaking the bank and is supplied with 3 x 2.0Ah batteries, GAL18V-20 air cooling fast charger and storage case.
The brushless motor and metal bodied keyless chuck are features normally found on more expensive models. Both these features help add to a long working life. The GSB18V-55 is a tough, powerful and very capable tool, offering a maximum torque of 55Nm for driving large screws and maximum speed of 1,800rpm for efficient drilling. It drills wood, metal and masonry with ease. It offers reliable performance and plenty of runtime in a variety of applications.
Amongst its many features are an electronic brake and a worklight that directs a beam of light directly to the drill tip. The rubber grip on the handle is comfortable and non-slip. This drill has a 2-speed gearbox and 20 torque settings for screwdriving plus a drill setting. The compact size (189mm) makes handling easier, especially when working overhead or in tight spaces.
