In Detail

A non-woven web of nylon fibres on which selected aluminium oxide or silicon carbide grains are firmly bonded by resin. It has many advantages over the traditional sheet abrasive. Being an open web it is not prone to clogging - dust or waste passes straight through. Totally flexible it can be used on all contoured surfaces. Available in five grades: Olive Coarse - Cleaning etc; Brown 280g - Rust removal, polishing, blending; Maroon 360g - De-nibbing etc; Grey 1500g - Colour blending, smoothing, polishing wax, White Non Abrasive - As a carrier for other abrasive mediums or solvents for cleaning. Supplied as individual 229 x 152mm pads.
