The best dustless sander

If you need a large hand sander for drywall or fillers, I'd say forget mirkas version and get this, I have the mirka blocks and abranet but am saving for "a special occasion" as a decorator of 8 years I'm not a fan of hook and loop paper. I'm sure the abranet will work well given the reviews here but this sander is (typically for marshalltown) the no nonsense version, the screens fit under clips so you dont have to worry if they go through at the corners damaging the hook and loop base due to friction (thats my issue). The other MASSIVE advantage this system has over the mirka is the screens are double sided, use one side (this takes forever, you just check until the grit loses its tooth/paper doesnt wear out) then TURN IT OVER, two for the price of one! I use on an ordinary henry and the extraction is so good you have to open the vent in the handle to move it around! even with the vent fully open (recommend for ease of use on vac of this power) theres not a grain of dust, you can sand a ceiling joint a foot wide, looking at it with your eyes (and often your mouth in amazement) OPEN-NO DUST. Henry hose will fit direct to the sander if you take tip off but I use the short hose with adapter and you can slip on and off for vaccing dust from corners etc as you go. Recommend holding hose at joint(foot or two from sander) with other hand to stop it thrashing as you sand. Doesnt clog, you can see EXACTLY what youve done as theres no dust on sanded surface/no over sanding..initially you feel like it isnt working because there nothing coming off!! Works right into the corner as sheet goes around the edge (not on the mirka!) Handle also excellent ergonomically and with marshalltown being so established you know youre going to be able to get the papers in future. Have recommended to everyone, you dont look like a ghost or from a spaghetti western when you sand a room out ANYMORE , THANK GOD FOR THIS SOLUTION...
Only thing I'd say watch for is the mesh will cut lines in filler if you dont work in different directions periodically
