In Detail

A range of alloy sleeves secured over a large diameter ball race which act as guide rollers for various spindle moulder applications, the most popular of which is for curved work with a template. Unlike a ring fence the bearings will not flex. It should be borne in mind that some form of lead-in and lead-out is required when making the profiling template. The bearing can be placed either above or below the cutter block depending upon the block being used. A range of different sizes are available to accommodate various cutter diameters. Requires a central bearing with a outer diameter of 62mm available separately (ref 200190).
