Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month we have the mesmerising Anna-Marie Bennett, of Surrey Association of Woodturners, in-store from 16:00-18.30. Anna-Marie will cover a variety of projects including jewellery making and woodworking in miniature - such as items for a dolls house. She will offer advice on techniques, wood selection, finishes and any other woodturning questions you have. Although her work is intricate and small, Ann Marie leaves a big impression.

This is your chance to get the best advice on hand plane selection, use and maintenance - and to get hands-on yourself with practical guidance from our store experts.

Chris Fisher, also known as the Blind Woodturner since he lost his sight in 2008, will be in-store covering lathes, chucks, jaws and turning tools.
You will be inspired by Chris as he shares his passion for woodturning. Chris constantly challenges himself, exceeding all expectations and demonstrating how seemingly insurmountable obstacles can be overcome through tenacity and self-belief.
