Vesper Click Pen with Stylus Tip

Pen is good quality and easy to assemble, BUT, on the first two pens that I have so far assembled, the fitting of the stylus appears problematical.
When I inserted the stylus tip onto the holder and attempted to screw it into the tip, the thread would not engage. When I then withdrew the stylus tip holder, I noticed that the stylus had split in two. So, I replaced the remaining front piece of the stylus back into the tip, and it seemed to work OK. However this is not satisfactory as the stylus does not appear to protrude as far as it should, and a piece of it is missing, so when used on a smartphone/pad screen, there might be a risk of the of the biro point making contact with the glass screen, or with part of the stylus having come adrift during assembly, the remaing piece may just fall out.
I'll give these pens to friends to see how they get on with them, but if I were in the business of selling them commercially, I would be very wary.

A bit disappointed

The pen looks really nice...but unfortunately I bought this to use as a stylus and I'm not convinced it's up to the job. When I tap the screen with the stylus the tip of the ink refil makes contact with the screen. I took great care trimming the barrel so I'm sure I've not shortened the pen in any way that could cause this issue. Also, the durable rubber doesn't feel that durable either. I'm hoping I can trim the top of the ink refil somehow to fix the issue, and will also get advice from Axminster. It has the potential to be a good pen...feels nice and solid, but the issue with the ink nib making contact lets it down for me.
