In Detail

This custom-made 6mm deep socket fits over the shaft of the Zipbolt micro rail bolt connector and engages on the central 6mm hex portion. Fitted into a cordless screwdriver, it quickly drives the screw threaded half of the shaft into the end of the handrail. Simply stop when you reach the correct depth. The 1/4" hex shank fits into a drill chuck of quick-change bit holder. An alternative to using a 6mm spanner, this simple accessory greatly speeds up fitting of a micro rail bolt.
